All content on the SimpleAppz website — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, and graphics — is the property of SimpleAppz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The SimpleAppz name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.
Our apps and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
SimpleAppz does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use our software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimpleAppz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our apps or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our website is hosted on Netlify. App downloads are provided through the Apple Mac App Store or GitHub. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. SimpleAppz is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
